October: 4 class series Tuesday 7.30pm – Pelvic Health Somatics
The class series is designed to benefit prenatal, postnatal, and (post)menopausal individuals. These classes offer a blend of mindful movements, focusing on relaxation, coordinated breathing, and strengthening the relation between the pelvic floor and the rest of the torso. Join us to experience the benefits of these specialized classes.
The course runs for the first 4 Tuesdays in October at 7.30pm Dublin/GMT+1

October: 4 class Introduction to Somatics Sunday 11am
This is a series of foundational movements running over 4 weeks, starting October 1st. It includes 4x75min group lessons as well as 1x45min private session.
Monthly Sunday Somatics
September 24th – Connecting legs and torso for fluid gait and greater stability
The Sunday Somatics classes are stand-alone practices, where we take time to concentrate on a theme. Duration 1hr 15min, recording available for 7 days afterwards.
