You can find some collections of movement practices and a full class now to download via payhip. This is a convenient and quick way to access different programs I have recorded in the last few years, to use when you have time (even if it is in the middle of the night!). Note that Payhip automatically adds the correct VAT rate depending on where in the world you are.
