How does your practice look like?

This is me a good while ago going through some movements that remind me how I can let go of stress tension patterns in between clients. It doesn’t have to take long, a few minutes (or a luscious hour!) a day will go a long way, as the movements are functional/ not isolated from daily movement patterns.
