To start the year with ease and grace, I am offering a workshop on Sunday January 21st at 4pm in Rathmines!
We will meet in Rathgar Junior School on Grosvenor Road and bring our attention to any patterns of bracing and those old niggling tensions we find hard to shift.
This workshop will be suitable to beginners as well as anyone with some experience in Hanna Somatics – bring a mat and blanket, a mug and dress warmly and enjoy a Sunday afternoon of resourcefulness in movement.
