Radical….at the root! This is how we work in Somatic Movement – we look for the root of pain and restriction, look for the manifestations of stress responses (it’s good to feel the energy when you’re about to enter the stage – but you don’t want to live in that state!). Once identified, we guide you through movement in a structured sequence to release chronically contracted muscles in a full body pattern. You learn more about yourself so you can control more of your self.
