After wonderful and encouraging feedback from my last 2 groups, I am happy to start another 8 week course for somatic explorers, newbies, back to movement folks, stressed out parents and caregivers, people who are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of online on demand classes – this is live, from my heart and holds your hand and walks you through from a distance.
We use the fantastic technology that makes the world go round (zoom) to have a back to the roots fully untechnological movement class: you sign in and then forget about the screen. You can point it at your mat so I can see you or keep it off and just listen to my verbal instructions of gentle movements that unwind tensions, relax your breathing and make you feel brand new on the inside.
